1. What’s the daily production capacity of block ice machine?

General, block ice machine has three series

Small size series: 1t/day, 2t/day, 3t/day and 4t/day

Medium size series: 5T/D, 6T/D, 8T/D, 10T/D, 12T/D, 15T/D

Large size series: 20T, 25T, 30T, 50T, 80T, 100T and 150T block ice plant.

2. What’s the weight of the ice block?

Block ice machines can make following weight of block ice:

2.5kg/pcs, 5kg/pcs, 10kg/pcs, 15kg/pcs, 20kg/pcs, 25kg/pcs, 30kg/pcs, 50kg/pcs, 100kg/pcs.

We also can customize the block ice size based on customer’s requirements.

3. What’s the freezing time of the block ice machine?

The block ice freezing time is depending on the weight of the block ice. For smallest block ice, 2.5kg/pcs, our machine’s average freezing time is 2hours. For the medium weight block ice, such as 5kg, 10kg, the freezing time is 4.8hours, for bigger one from 15kg to 30kg, freezing time is 6hours to 8hours. For 50kg and 100kg block ice, the freezing time is 12hours, even 24hours.

4. How can I handle machine installation?

All of our block ice machine is finished and tested well before shipment, you can use it directly by connected electricity and water supply. But you need to assemble the cooling tower as it splits into pieces; sure we have detailed guidance for this.

However, for bigger capacity block ice machine, we will send our technician to do the installation for the customer.

5. What is the warranty period of the block ice machine?

We provide 12 months warranty but offer lifelong technical support and consultation.

Check whether the salt water pump is working properly and whether there is salt water into the water tank.

The ice scrapper is not in right position, or Bearing is abnormal or wear down

Water level inside the water tank is too high, floating ball valve failure.
